Job Description:

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing partners. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, and possess high sales abilities, with a desire to maximize profits.

Main Responsibilities:

•           Recruiting new partners: Searching for and inviting new partners who can expand our marketing network.

•           Maintaining relationships with existing partners: Managing and continuing relationships with existing partners to ensure productive collaboration.

•           Evaluating data and lead quality: Analyzing and understanding the quality of leads and data received from partners.

•           Achieving quantity and volume: Working to increase the quantity and volume of incoming leads.

•           Negotiating and setting limits: Managing negotiations with partners regarding terms and setting appropriate limits.

Job Requirements:

•           High sales abilities and self-motivation.

•           Dynamic and energetic personality.

•           Previous experience in marketing or partnership management – advantage.

•           High-level English proficiency – required. Work will be conducted in English. Knowledge of additional languages, especially Russian, will be considered a significant advantage.

•           Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
