Retention Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Retention Agent for a leading international brokerage

company This is a unique opportunity to join a prominent firm and work with

top professionals. In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships, guide clients on

capital market opportunities and instruct them on using the trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a client portfolio, recruit new clients, and retain existing ones.

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities.

• Achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.

• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Document all interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a FX Company

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

• Strong understanding of financial products and services.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

• Full proficiency in English.

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Kfar Saba, Israel

• Working hours: 09:00–19:00, Full-time, On-site
